RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of orders within 15 days of the date the order was shipped.

Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Please contact customer care before returning faulty or wrong pieces.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns unless they are due to a fault of ours or a claim.

For domestic and international returns, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please send us an email at talktome@bimeofficial.com for more information on international orders.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN?

To request a return, send us an email at talktome@bimeofficial.com with order number and subject: return.

We will email you a form to include in your returning parcel. Once your return has been created, you may drop your package back to address provided on the form the at any postal company. (We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.)

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 1-3 business days.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.

WHAT IF I RECIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

  • For faulty items please send us an email at talktome@bimeofficial.com with order number, subject: faulty item and an image of the fault within 3 days of delivery. We will contact you as soon as possible.

  • BIME will assume the shipping and return costs. We will evaluate the error and replace the article with one again. If the item is not in stock, a full refund will be issued.

  • Damaged items resulting from improper garment care or wear and tear are not considered factory defects.
